If you're not receiving bids, please review the parameters, especially the budget amount. It's possible that the budget is too low, discouraging transporters from bidding. Also, check the pickup and delivery date and time; odd hours might affect responses. Keep in mind that if you haven't received any bids or accepted any bids 3 hours before the pickup time, your load will expire automatically.
Mykrrier allows you to select the pickup date and time that is at least three (3) hours ahead from the current time. This ensures transporters have adequate time to bid and make arrangements. In urgent situations, we recommend you include your urgent requirements in the comments section of the load.
Mykrrier is a platform connecting shippers and transport service providers. We do not take or process payments on behalf of transport service providers. Shippers can make the payments directly to the respective service provider as soon as they raise an invoice, following instructions/ details on invoice. Our vision is to enable digital and competitive transport services while maintaining transparency and visibility among stakeholders. We do not charge commissions from transport service providers or shippers. Instead, we apply a minimal fixed fee per successful load for transport service providers and individual shippers. Corporate shippers and drivers are not charged any fees.
No, usually transporters bid based upon information provided by you in the load detail. Any accidental charges incurred on top of Bid Amount, Transporter will contact you and make you aware. We do not encourage such practices hence we request you to provide as much accurate information as possible while posting the load. Invoice has to mention details of additional charges (if incurred) with relevant comments by the relevant transporter.
Yes, mykrrier will charge you platform usage fee which is minimal and applied per load. Usually we charge transporters a fixed fee per load. For Direct Loads, commercial arrangements are agreed between the transporter and shippers. We do not take any responsibility for tariffs and whether payments have been made by shippers or not.
